Receive the Holy Spirit

(Read, only- if you have been baptized in water).
Oh, when you believe in the Lord Jesus Christ you feel or stand absolutely forgiven! Then after you are baptized you feel so light and free. Yes! Burdens run away and light shines. Then you feel to really do two - things to God.

  • To express your love to him from the bottom of your heart. You really feel you are lacking words. The peace and joy from heart makes you feel like coming out of your skin and flying to Him!
  • Secondly, to tell others about your great discovery. And to express your anger to the devil. You feel your friends are bound by a very weak defeated enemy and you want to really box him down! This is the time many funny chorus to express this desire come to people’s hearts, even to tread on the devil physically. But, now you realize how you need the “more power to do it”. And, god has made provision for this; it is that you should receive the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit comes to settle all other doubts about your salvation. He is the deposit made by God as the first payment so that here on earth believers can have a foretaste of heaven. Oh! It is really good. My! You receive power, you receive what is called the anointing, that is the person of the Holy Spirit. Not a wind or energy but God, the Holy Spirit, who talks, feels and rejoices. He shall never leave you forever (John 14:16). Glory to God!

TO BE FILLED WITH THE SPIRIT
Dear Son of God or daughter of God, it is your right to be filled with the holy Spirit. Do not wait to be filled. Let me tell you that the Holy Spirit came in the day of Pentecost and he has not gone back. He is here, and he is more ready to fill you than you are able to receive Him. He already dwells in you, the moment you received Christ in your heart he came and dwelt in you, but to be filled with the Holy Spirit means an overflow to all your body and soul. He is already in your Spirit. This is what he is telling me to tell the church of Christ now. Now if you want to receive Him you have just to know that Jesus Christ is the one who will definitely dip or baptize you in the Holy Spirit. (Matt 3:11) John the Baptist said, “I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but he who comes after me (Christ) is mightier than I and he shall baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire. Listen, “He shall baptize you (guarantee) so just relax, you will not miss this great gift, for it is yours and even to your children and to those who are far away whom the Lord shall later save. Jesus Christ spoke about those people who believe in him that out of their belly shall flow rivers of living waters. When you were saved you received a personal well of water of life (that is the indwelling Holy Spirit). But now the well shall spring up into water which will be springing up to everlasting life (John 4:13-14). I know you are now saying Lord Jesus please, baptize me in the Holy Spirit. Yes, the Lord whom you believed that He rose from the dead is standing next to you now ready.  He is telling you to relax and present your body to him especially the tongue. Because he will flow from your heart as a warm peace and joy; and the Holy Spirit shall flow through your mouth and you will speak your deep love for the Lord with other languages (tongues) which you do not know. It might take more than 30 minutes after this, so please be in a place where you will not be disturbed. For His fire is starting now to fall, please stand up, close the book and thank the lord for His blood that he died for you. He was buried. He rose again and you died with Him. You were buried with Him, and you rose again with Him and that it is no longer you who live but Christ who lives in you. Thank Him that He has given us the Holy Spirit and He is your Lord.  Then, tell Him to baptize you ( and fill you with His Spirit) and start lifting up your hands as you praise Him from deep within your heart for his wonderful blood ( see you again after 30  minutes, Glory to God).

  • LAST WORDS
  • Never cease to speak in tongues; they are languages of the spirit, by which it is the Holy Spirit who is praying for you. So definitely you will have more strength, more love, more peace, more joy, more glory, more wisdom, more visions, more knowledge of the word of God, more zeal to preach, more entry into heaven in prayer, more faith, more prophecies, more patience, more persistence, more victory and more like Jesus. Your fellowship with the Holy Spirit, the Father, the Lord Jesus and angels will be very sweet and greatly glorious. My friend you will be a friend of God. You will see the faith that overcometh the world. You are now in the class of God’s favorites. Your value before God will be constant in Christ but with more medals of honor.

  • Identify the four major steps of salvation by studying around these scriptures which show water baptism: Acts 2:38, 8:12, 9:18, 10:47, 16:15, 18:8, 19:3, 22:16 , in Romans study : Romans 6:3, 2:41, 13:24, Colossians 2:12, Galatians 3:26-27.

  • KEEPING THE VICTORY
  • You must now be led by the Holy Spirit. Romans 8:14 says, for as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. In your pursuit to obey God, you will hit a hard barrier, which Paul met in Romans 7, until he said, O wretched man that I am! Who shall deliver me from this body of death? (Romans 7:24). This barrier is called Law. Law is any effort, which you personally put in order to obey God. I know you are really surprised, but that is the route to victory. Never attempt to do anything for God by your strength. Just be led, or be strengthened by Christ who dwells in you. Do it by the anointing.
  • You must decide from now, with a quality decision that you will always tell the Holy Spirit to enable you to or rather you will tell the Holy Spirit to do all things through you so that you will glorify Jesus Christ. When you see a commandment of God ( which is holy, just, spiritual and good), then the Holy Spirit, loudly and clearly, to do that commandment through you, then you yield your body, soul and spirit to him as a living sacrifice and I assure you that you will never fail. You will all the time see that these are the only times when you got permanent victories in your life. Even if it is an interview, just tell the Holy Spirit to do it for you. Then just present your body to Him as a living sacrifice you will see the supernatural life of the greater one who lives in you ( 1 John 4:4). You are now married to the resurrected Savior who only has the ability to keep the commandments of God. And He will fulfill the law inside you.

  • He came to fulfill it. Matthew 5, 6, 7 can only be lived by the resurrected Savior. And only then will all men see your Christ being manifest and say you are a “ little Christ” which is the term  referred to as Christians. It is no longer you now who live but Christ who lives in you. You will do greater works in his name ( John 14:12). Amen.
